Carolina is a senior associate in the Real Estate practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She specialises in real estate and planning law, with over twenty years of experience advising national and international clients on corporate acquisitions and disposals, asset portfolio transactions, leases, construction, development and management contracts. Her career also includes solid experience in the private banking sector and public administration, where she has provided legal advice on planning matters, public procurement and judicial proceedings.

Carolina holds a Law degree from Carlos III University (Spain). She has complemented her academic background with specialised training in planning law, public liability of the administration, real estate management and taxation, delivered by the Madrid Bar Association, the Financial Studies Center (CEF), ADAMS Training Centre, and the Spanish Association of Women Entrepreneurs.

She is specialised in advising on real estate and construction law. She has advised on numerous purchase processes (asset deals and share deals), involving all types of real estate assets (land under development, residential properties, offices, hotels, student residences, etc.), due diligence, and the drafting and negotiation of all types of contractual documents in this field.
