Lucas is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

José Luis is a senior associate in the Corporate area at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He specializes in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a strong focus on mid-market transactions, as well as private equity and venture capital deals. In recent years, he has advised on some of the most notable transactions in these areas in the Spanish market.

Arnau is a senior associate in Real Estate and Public Law department at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He specialises in real estate transactional law, and is regularly involved in complex acquisition, restructuring and financing transactions relating to assets, as well as providing ongoing legal advice to both national and international companies.

He has solid experience in the preparation and coordination of due diligence processes and in the negotiation and drafting of real estate contracts, including preliminary agreements, construction contracts, lease agreements and sale and purchase agreements.
