EiDF sells a portfolio of self-consumption contracts for 14.4 million | Europapress

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised EiDF Solar on the sale of a portfolio of long-term energy contracts (PPA) for self-consumption of 39 megawatts to Finlight Corporate, a company backed by the Canadian fund Brockfield.
With the sale carried out, EiDF achieves “the triple objective” of rotating its PPA asset portfolio, reducing its financial debt and normalizing its cash position.
