GA_P advises Aquiline Capital Partners on its investment in Marosa

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Aquiline Capital Partners on its investment in Marosa, a leading Spanish fintech company in automation and compliance technology, owner of VATify software.
Thanks to this transaction, Marosa intends to strengthen its growth and expand its VAT compliance and e-invoicing software offering to become the world leader in this segment.
The Gómez-Acebo & Pombo team was formed by Álvaro Mateo, Inés López, Carlota Mazzuchelli and Gemma Serra, partner and associates of the Corporate team.
