GA_P advises Bonsai Partners on its investment in Stay App

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Bonsai Partners on its investment in Stay App to accelerate the internalisation of the Spanish hotel technology company. The entry into Stay’s capital expands Bonsai’s presence in the digital companies’ landscape.
Stay is a Spanish company dedicated to the development of software that allows guests to manage their stay in a hotel from their own mobile devices. Stay reached 8 million unique users in 2021 and offers the services of more than 1,000 hotels in 62 countries.
