GA_P advises Colvin on the acquisition of Monsieur Marguerite

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Colvin on the acquisition of Monsieur Marguerite, a French online flower delivery company.
Colvin, a company in the same sector, takes control of one of its French competitors just six months after raising €45 million in a Series C funding round. This will be its debut in a market in which it had no presence until now, and Monsieur Marguerite will expand its business in France with funds from its new owner.
The GA_P team was formed by Alex Pujol, Irene Romero and Monica Martells partner and trainees of Corporate.
