GA_P signs its Equality Plan
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo registered its Equality Plan on January 12 after having negotiated it satisfactorily with UGT.
It is a very complete Plan that places gender equality at the center of its strategy, including measures that crystallize the Firm’s commitment to issues that directly impact policies related to training, promotion, conciliation, remuneration and working conditions, among others.
All of this with the sole objective of guaranteeing equal opportunities in the work environment; a palpable interest of the Firm, especially since the Equality Committee was established in 2010.
