Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Consilium Safety Group AB on the acquisition of the remaining shareholding in the Spanish company Consilium Spain until the acquisition of 100%.
Consilium Safety Group AB is a leading global producer of safety technologies for the maritime, oil and gas, transport and construction industries.
