GA_P advises EiDF Solar in the issuance of its first green promissory notes program
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised EiDF Solar on the issuance of its first €25 million green promissory notes program. The Firm already advised the energy company on its listing on BME Growth in July 2021.
The funds obtained from this issuance will be used to finance or refinance current or future projects in the area of self-consumption and generation, in the hope of increasing the share of renewable energies in the electricity pool.
With this program, there are now a total of eleven bond issues or programs that meet ESG criteria (environmental, social and good corporate governance) registered in the MARF.
Augusto Piñel, Íñigo Hernáez and Miren Ibáñez, partners and associates of Corporate, experts in Capital Markets, have advised on the transaction.
