GA_P advises Goros Investments on its investment in The Workout Group

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Goros Investments on its investment in The Workout Group, an industry leader in the provision of services and personnel for events, as well as on the bank financing of the investment granted by a syndicate of entities led by Deutsche Bank.
The Workout Group aims to develop new lines of business by further enhancing the portfolio of services offered to its clients.
The GA_P team has been led by Pablo Fernández Cortijo, Antonio Ramírez and Diana Linage, partner of Corporate, and of counsels of Banking and Finance and Corporate respectively; the rest of the team has been formed by: Laura Roda, associate of Corporate, Mónica Contreras and Isabel Silva, associates of Banking and Finance.
