GA_P advises Housfy in a 30 million Euro Series B round of financing

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Housfy in a Series B financing round of 30 million Euro. The round has been led by the British fund Frog Capital. Banco Santander, A/O PropTech, DN Capital, Seaya Ventures, Aldea Ventures and ICF have also participated.
Housfy is a digital real estate services platform. The company, which has closed six rounds of financing to date for a total amount of 52.7 million, plans to allocate the new capital injection to the development of the platform to further improve the user experience and integrate new services, making the processes easier and more accessible to all consumers. In addition, the capital infusion will also serve to boost the company’s business in Portugal and Italy.
