David González
David is a partner of Corporate and M&A at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, private equity and venture capital, particularly advising investors and high-growth companies.
He holds a degree in Law and a diploma in Business Law from ICADE and completed his doctorate studies in Civil Law – Diploma de Estudios Avanzados – at the Complutense University of Madrid. In addition, he has completed postgraduate studies at IE, the Center for American and International Law (Dallas) and Fordham University (New York).
David is recognised in the prestigious legal directories Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 as one of the market leaders in the areas of Private Equity and Venture Capital.
He has participated as author and coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
