GA_P advises Impax on the sale of a 42 MW PV plant in operation to Sonnedix

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Impax Asset Management Group on the sale to Sonnedix of a 42 MW photovoltaic plant in operation (PV Portachuelo), located in Carpio del Tajo (Toledo).
