GA_P advises iVoox on strategic partnership agreement with Mediaset España
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised iVoox, the leading national podcast and radio platform in Spanish, on a strategic partnership agreement with Mediaset España.
Thanks to this agreement, the giant Mediaset will boost the podcast sector through its audiovisual expertise and, in turn, will enhance iVoox’s brand recognition. iVoox, for its part, will continue to maintain its strategy and operations independently in Spain and Latin America, markets in which it currently operates, and with the recent alliance it achieves growth in its user base and is already planning to expand to other European countries.
The GA_P team in charge of the matter has been led by Alex Pujol, together with María Meseguer and Mónica Martells, partner and associate of Mercantil in the Barcelona office.
