Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Kartesia on the sale of a majority shareholding in the company Portsur Castellón, which is the bulk terminal of the Port of Castellón, to another partner of the company Gimeno Servicios Portuarios.
PortSur Castellón is a company dedicated to the provision of logistics services in the port of Castellón. Grupo Gimeno was already a shareholder in PortSur Castellón prior to the transaction.
