Oliver Padilla
Óliver is a senior associate of Tax at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
His tax practice covers among others: i) advisory on direct and indirect taxation of national and multinational companies, ii) private wealth taxation and taxation of executives from domestic and multinational companies and tax controversy both in the administrative and judicial phase.
He holds a degree in Law and in Business Administration and Management from the Carlos III University of Madrid, master’s degree in business taxation from the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE) at Madrid, (Spain). And an Executive master’s degree in international taxation from the Garrigues Centre of Studies (Spain). In addition, he holds a diploma in Advanced International Taxation issued by AEDAF.
He has participated as an author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
