GA_P advises on the agreement signed between Substrate AI and Alpha Blue Ocean for the convertible bond issue.
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised on the investment agreement closed by Substrate AI with the investment fund Alpha Blue Ocean for the issuance of convertible bonds for up to €20 million.
This agreement provides Substrate AI with a financial boost that will allow it to launch its artificial intelligence solutions in the ‘Software as a Service’ (SaaS) modality.
