GA_P advises Pepper Spanish Servicing on the signing of three servicing contracts.

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised Pepper Spanish Servicing S.L.U. on the signing of three PLs and NPLs Servicing Agreements under securitization and one REOS Servicing Agreement, with a total debt under management of €1.1 Bn, in the context of the acquisition by CarVal of part of the mortgage loan portfolio that BBVA sold to Blackstone.
Pepper Spanish Servicing is part of the Pepper European Servicing (PES) group, an award-winning real estate and loan servicer with the ability to offer customised services to investors and banking clients, currently managing over €40 Bn in client assets in Europe, including €2.5 Bn in Spain.
GA_P’s Debt Portfolios and Servicing team was comprised by: Natalia Lastres, Corporate-Real Estate of counsel, Augusto Piñel, Corporate and M&A partner and Diana Urrego, Corporate and M&A associate.
