GA_P advises private equity fund Balderton Capital on a financing round for Cobee

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the British private equity fund Balderton Capital in the Series A financing round in Cobee. The round has been led by our client with the support of previous investors such as Speedinvest, Target Global, Encomenda and Lanai.
Cobee, a digital benefits management platform for employees, has raised 14 million, and with this new capital, will continue to improve the experience of its platform for both companies and employees, thanks to the integration of new benefits.
The GA_P team was formed by: Alex Pujol, partner, Diana Urrego, associate and Mònica Martells, trainee, of the Corporate area.
