GA_P advises Revenga Smart Solutions on its incorporation to BME Growth

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo is advising Revenga, a company in charge of developing technological solutions in the smart mobility sector, in its incorporation process to BME Growth.
The company, which has more than 200 professionals and already offers its services in more than 30 countries, has registered the Incorporation Document to BME Growth and will carry out a share subscription offer in order to raise new financial resources to boost its growth in the US, Canadian and Australian markets and thus complete its global development plan.
The GA_P team that has advised on the process has been led by Jacobo Palanca and integrated by Emiliano Moreno and Irene Carreño Uría.
