GA_P advises Sixth Street on the financing of Novo Banco for Quinta da Fonte

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised the real estate investing team at Sixth Street, a global alternative investment firm, on the recent financing by Novo Banco related to Quinta de Fonte, the leading business park in Lisbon’s western corridor.

Quinta da Fonte, which Sixth Street has been invested in for four years, is home to a diverse roster of globally renowned blue-chip tenants spanning information technology, healthcare, financial services, and aerospace & defence.

The transaction was coordinated by a team led by Mafalda Barreto, Filipe Santos Barata, and Susana Morgado, all members of the Corporate team at the Lisbon office.
