GA_P advises the partners of Clever PPC on the sale of their majority stake in the Aleph Group

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the partners of the technology platform, Clever PPC, on the sale of a majority stake to Aleph Group, a leading global enabler of digital advertising.
This sale will support the growth and enhancement of relationships between the world’s leading digital media players and their advertisers, further validating Aleph’s strategy as a digital advertising leader and positioning it as a major powerhouse on par with Meta, Twitter and Snapchat.
Advising on the transaction were: Alex Pujol, Carolina Posse, Beatriz Dosdá and Jordina Passarell, partner and associates of Commercial.
