Carolina Posse Van Der Laat

Carolina is a senior associate of Corporate and M&A at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

Her practice is focused on M&A of both private and listed companies, private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate matters.

Carolina was seconded to Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in London in 2016 and in New York in 2018.

She holds a degree in Law and a diploma in Anglo-American Law from the University of Navarra (Spain). In 2011, she spent a semester abroad at Monash University in Melbourne (Australia).

Carolina is a lecturer of Business Law II at La Salle Barcelona and has been a lecturer on the Post-Graduate Diploma of Commercial Law at Complutense University of Madrid and on the Business & Law course at ESADE Law School.

She has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised publications.
