GA_P advises Tubos Reunidos on the sale to GESCRAP of its industrial complex in Sestao.

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised Tubos Reunidos, an industrial group producing steel pipes, on the sale of its industrial complex in Sestao to GESCRAP.

The transaction included the sale of its industrial assets, comprising various complementary facilities, with a total built-up area of 33,147 sqm, located on a set of plots covering 83,107 sqm of gross floor area.

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo acted as legal advisor and BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as real estate advisor.
