GA_P is the firm that comes closest to a balanced representation of women and men in its team of partners | CincoDías
CincoDías has analysed the current proportion of male and female partners in ten large law firms in Spain. The presence of female partners in GA_P accounts for 29.8% of the total.
One of the key factors in this evolution towards parity is the firm commitment to the internal promotion of female talent. We are aware that there is still some way to go, but the progress we have made shows that we are moving in the right direction and that we have a solid foundation to continue promoting equality in the Firm.
