Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises Gant Holding AB on the acquisition of its Spanish distributor Gant Lifestyle España, S.L.U.

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises Gant Holding AB on the purchase of Gant Lifestyle España from Organización Gómez de Zamora. From now on, the Spanish distributor will report directly to Gant Holding AB in order to ensure greater control of the brand, as well as to strengthen and invest in its long-term growth.
