The firm reinforces its commitment to diversity, inclusion and effective protection of LGBTI+ rights

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has presented its new LGBTI+ Diversity Plan 2025-2029 and the Protocol for the Prevention of Discriminatory Harassment, an initiative promoted by the LGBTI+ Diversity and Inclusion Committee. With this publication, the firm anticipates the collective bargaining agreement and incorporates best practices in the field of inclusion.

The programme, foreseen in Law 4/2023, increases the measures required by the legislation up to 64% and includes 25 concrete actions, of which 9 are mandatory and 16 voluntary. These cover areas such as access to employment, equal treatment, training, inclusive language, career advancement and social benefits. The measures include the review of internal policies, training for all staff and the creation of Aliad_s GA_P Embrace Network.

The guideline establishes a specific procedure to prevent and act against any discriminatory behaviour, guaranteeing safe, respectful and harassment-free environments for all employees and collaborators.
