Real Estate M&A Ranking 2024
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo is in the Top 5 for advising on real estate M&A transactions in Spain, with a total of 18 transactions, according to TTR Data.
The platform’s global data show that 2024 was a year of reactivation for M&A, with an increase of around 8% in the number of transactions and 11% in their value. Real estate was the most active sector, despite a slight decrease in deal volume (2%) compared to 2023.
