The first EU AI rules are coming. Lawyers are waiting | Advocatus
Cláudia Tomás Pedro, Intellectual Property lawyer at Goméz-Acebo & Pombo, speaks to Advocatus about the new Artificial Intelligence rules.
“Assuming the legislative process is finalised soon, it seems advisable that companies developing artificial intelligence solutions take the new rules into account when designing them,” she said.
He added: “The AI Regulation has been the subject of many discussions and revisions by European bodies, so I believe that its set of rules has been duly considered and adapted to this digital economy.”
