Ana Luísa Guimarães
Ana Luísa Guimarães is a partner of Public Law and Regulated Sectors at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
She has extensive experience in administrative, public procurement and regulatory law, with a particular focus on infrastructure projects and regulated sectors such as water, waste, energy and mobility, as well as ESG matters.
Ana Luísa Guimarães has a law degree from the University of Coimbra. She has a postgraduate degree in Communication Law from the same university and a postgraduate degree in Administrative Litigation from the Catholic University of Lisbon. She has a master’s degree in Public Law from the same Catholic University (2011) and an Executive MBA from AESE Business School/IESE (2018).
Ana Luísa has been recognised over the years by the prestigious legal directories Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 in the areas of Projects and Energy & Natural Resources.
She is the author of several articles in her areas of specialisation and frequently teaches postgraduate courses at the University of Lisbon.
