Arnau Galera

Arnau is a senior associate in Real Estate and Public Law department at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. 

He specialises in real estate transactional law, and is regularly involved in complex acquisition, restructuring and financing transactions relating to assets, as well as providing ongoing legal advice to both national and international companies. 

He has solid experience in the preparation and coordination of due diligence processes and in the negotiation and drafting of real estate contracts, including preliminary agreements, construction contracts, lease agreements and sale and purchase agreements. 

Arnau holds a Law degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain) and completed a Master’s Degree in International Business Law at ESADE Law School (Ramon Llull University). During his academic training, he undertook an Erasmus exchange programme at Université Pierre Mendès‑France in Grenoble.
