Francisco Fita
Francisco is a partner of Corporate and M&A and Head of Valencia office at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He specialises in commercial law, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and tax law.
He holds a law degree from the University of Valencia. He holds a master’s degree in Business Law from CEU San Pablo University.
He has been a lecturer in commercial law at the Catholic University of Valencia, the master’s degree in Law at the University of Valencia and the Valencia Bar Association, as well as at the School of Legal Practice of San Pablo CEU University Foundation (Valencia). He is also a regular speaker at the UIMP, the AEDAF and AL 43.
He has participated as author and coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
