Jorge Martín
Jorge is a counsel and co-head of Private Equity at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
Jorge specialises in domestic and international M&A and private equity practice with particular dedication to management, leveraged buyouts and infrastructure transactions. He has been involved in some of the most relevant M&A transactions in Spain. He has significant experience in private equity, infra, TMT and energy sectors.
He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Comillas Pontifical University – ICADE and was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2021.
Jorge is an associated professor of M&A and Capital Markets in the Carlos III University of Madrid and is ranked in Spain by Chambers as “Associate to watch” in Corporate/M&A: High-end Capability and Legal 500 as “Rising star” in Private Equity.
Furthermore, he is an author or coauthor of several specialised publications.
