Jorge Martín
Jorge is a partner and co-head of Private Equity at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
Jorge specialises in domestic and international M&A and private equity, with particular dedication to leveraged buyouts, management incentive plans and infrastructure transactions.
He has been involved in some of the most relevant M&A transactions in Spain. He has significant experience in private equity, infra, TMT and energy sectors.
Admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales. He is an associated professor of M&A in the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and is ranked by Chambers (2026-2022) currently as Band 6 in Corporate/M&A: High-end Capability and Legal 500 (2026 -2020) as “Leading Associate” in Private Equity and “Next Generation Partners” in Corporate and M&A. Winner of Lawyer of the Year in Private Equity by IBERIAN LAWYER Forty Under 40 Awards 2025.
Furthermore, he is an author or coauthor of several specialised publications.
