Lucas Delclaux
Lucas is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He has extensive experience advising financial institutions, funds and companies on debt restructurings and complex financing transactions, both domestic and cross-border, including acquisition finance, project finance and corporate finance.
Lucas is a lecturer in Commercial law at Comillas Pontifical University – ICADE and is the author or co-author of several specialised legal publications.
He holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Comillas Pontifical University – ICADE and a double Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Practice and Business Law (LL.M.) from IE Law School.
