Lucas Delclaux
Lucas is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He has a strong specialisation in restructurings and complex financing transactions. He is specialised in banking and finance, debt restructuring, acquisition finance, project finance and corporate finance, advising financial institutions, funds and companies on domestic and cross-border transactions.
He holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Comillas Pontifical University – ICADE and a double master’s degree in Legal Practice and Business Law (LL.M.) from IE Law School.
He has international experience as a visiting lawyer in the finance department of a leading London law firm and has contributed as author or co-author to several specialised legal publications on restructuring and financing matters.
