Mariana Díaz-Moro
Mariana is a partner of Tax at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
With broad experience in national and international taxation, she has advised on cross-border investments to Spanish groups and on foreign investments in Spain, as well as in corporate and accounting tax law. She also actively advises family groups within the private client / wealth management area. Mariana has particular experience advising M&A and tax risk underwriters.
She holds a Law and Business Administration and Management Degree from the Comillas Pontifical University – ICADE in Madrid, and a degree in Tax Consultancy from the IE University. Mariana has participated in the Law, development and democracy program at Georgetown University, Washington DC (USA) and in the Finance program at the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK).
She has participated as author and coauthor in several books, articles and monographs specialising in tax and accounting law.
