Pedro Vilarinho
Pedro is a counsel of Competition and European Union Law at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He specialises in commercial and corporate law, telecommunications, intellectual property, competition/antitrust law, labour law, representation and distribution agreements, contract law, banking and finance, litigation and arbitration.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Lisbon.
Pedro is recognised in the prestigious legal directory Legal 500 as one of the market leading practitioners in Intellectual Property Law.
Pedro has coauthored several specialised legal publications and is the coauthor of the Portuguese chapters about Dominance and Merger Control from Getting the Deal Through, Law Business Research since 2015.
