Daniel Reis appointed as new partner in Intellectual Property at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in Lisbon

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (“GA_P”) has appointed Daniel Reis as a new partner in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice at its Lisbon office.

Daniel Reis specialises in the telecommunications sector and has extensive experience advising on data protection, privacy and cybersecurity matters. He is recognised as one of the leading professionals in the TMT area in Portugal by the prestigious legal directories Chambers & Partners—where he is ranked Band 1—and The Legal 500, which distinguishes him as a Leading Individual.

Daniel Reis will join the Intellectual Property and Technology team led by Sofía Martínez-Almeida, further strengthening the practice following the incorporation of Rais Amils last year, as well as the firm’s practice in Portugal, which Daniel will lead and which is focused on strategic growth.
