We are committed to integrating sustainability and ESG (environmental, social and governance) criteria as pillars of our business strategy, providing a unique value to our clients while contributing to sustainable growth.

We also have various committees, policies, and measures aimed at directing and implementing our environmental, social, and corporate governance commitments both internally and externally. In 2023, we established the Firm’s Sustainability Committee (FSC) with the main mission of coordinating our Sustainability Policy and implementing the 29 Strategic Priorities approved for 2023-2024.

Our foundation, the Fernando Pombo Foundation, supports us in this endeavor. The foundation was created in 2010 with the mission of improving the lives of the most vulnerable through Law and promoting “responsible advocacy.”
