Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has committed to strengthening the Tax Litigation Team, highlighting its experience and knowledge in the defense of controversial matters in this area. This team has also begun to publish its opinion on different issues on a weekly basis, in a constructive manner and exploring their effects. In this sense, and to further strengthen the academic support in this area, Saturnina Moreno González, Professor of Financial and Tax Law at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, who has a solid academic and professional background, has joined the Academic Council of the firm. Her research and professional practice focus on international and European taxation, taxation of the digital economy and Spanish tax regulations.
Throughout her career, Saturnina has published numerous articles and books in the field of tax law, and has participated as a speaker at national and international conferences. Her in-depth knowledge and experience in financial and tax law make her a strategic addition to the team and to the firm.
