Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised several financial institutions on the financing of the Azvi Group
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised a syndicate of banks comprising Caixabank, Banco Santander, BBVA, Banco de Sabadell, Bankinter, Unicaja Banco and Deutsche Bank in connection with a financing transaction in an aggregate amount of €245 million in favour of the Azvi Group, a leading company in the construction, operation and management of concessions, with more than 75 projects under development in Spain, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Romania, Serbia and Norway.
The financing has been structured through a syndicated facilities agreement and a framework agreement governing the granting and maintenance commitments of guarantee lines, credit facilities and confirming lines, within the context of the Azvi Group’s strategy for growth and financial debt restructuring.
