Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises Telavox on the sale of Numintec to Enreach

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Telavox, a Nordic technology group specialising in advanced cloud-based business communication solutions, on the sale of Numintec Comunicaciones, S.L. and its group of companies to Enreach, a leading European provider of intelligent communications solutions backed by Waterland Private Equity.

Headquartered in Barcelona, Numintec specialises in virtual PBX, cloud communications and contact centre solutions. Through this acquisition, Enreach will strengthen its contact centre capabilities and further enhance its position in the Spanish communications market.

The transaction was structured as a strategic, dual and reciprocal deal, completed simultaneously in Spain and Finland. As part of the transaction, Telavox transferred its Spanish subsidiary, Numintec, to Enreach, while Enreach transferred its Finnish business, Enreach Finland, to Telavox.

This unique transaction supports the strategic growth objectives of both companies, enabling them to strengthen their respective market positions and expand their capabilities in key European markets.

The team

The Gómez-Acebo & Pombo team advising Telavox was led by Andrea Esbrí, together with Beatriz Dosdá and Beatriz Riverola from the Corporate/M&A practice.
