She holds a Law degree from Lusíada University and completed a postgraduate course in M&A and Corporate Litigation at the Lisbon Centre for Research in Private Law of the University of Lisbon. She also completed a course in Accounting for Lawyers at the Institute of Economic, Financial and Tax Law from the University of Lisbon.

Marina is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She specialises in commercial law with the specialty of real estate. She has participated in real estate operations of sale and purchase of different kinds, promotion and commercialisation, as well as investment and disinvestment in the commercial field. She has also experience in M&A operations and in corporate matters. She has been involved in the elaboration of prevention programmes of criminal risks and is External Adviser of a compliance committee of some entity.

She holds a Law degree from the University of Deusto. She prepared the competitive exams for the position of Judge and Public Prosecutor and did a master in Corporate Law at IE University.

In 2021, she obtained the Certification of Compliance CESCOM of the Spanish Association of Compliance (ASCOM) and recognition as an International Certified Professional of Compliance by the International Federation of Compliance Associations (IFC).

She has written several articles on real state for NJ Bosch and Estrategia Empresarial magazine and has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
