    The Cotec Group presents the practical guide AI and Regulatory Compliance, a document that provides companies with clear guidance on addressing regulatory requirements related to the implementation and use of artificial intelligence.

    The guide also outlines a set of best practices regarding governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Gómez-Acebo & Pombo contributed to the development of this guide as part of the Cotec Working Group.

    Discussions on key issues in tax litigation

    The Tax Litigation team at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo is pleased to invite you to a new session of discussions on key issues in tax litigation. On this occasion, the discussion will focus on issues of evidence, enforcement and avenues of challenge relating to:

    _The application of the R&D&I deduction in corporation tax.

    _Recovery and refund of taxes contrary to European Union law.

    To this end, we are delighted to welcome to the panel discussion a Judge from the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court, as well as Mr Fernando Bonastre, Director of Industrial Tax Affairs, Litigation and Specialised Practices at Repsol, and Mr Eduardo Sánchez Álvarez, Director of Tax Advisory Services at Abanca. All of this will be coordinated and moderated by members of the tax litigation team.
