GA_P advises Banco Santander on financing granted to Greenalia

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Banco Santander in connection with a financing granted to Greenalia Power Development to, among other things, develop several wind projects with a cumulative capacity of 1,847.3 MW and several solar photovoltaic projects with a cumulative capacity of 659.9 MW.
