GA_P advises Indra on the acquisition of Deimos from Elecnor

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises Indra on the acquisition of Deimos, Elecnor’s technology subsidiary specialized in space mission development and satellite integration, to strengthen the portfolio of its new aerospace company.

This strategic operation reinforces Indra’s capabilities in all phases of space missions, including satellite integration and mission and control software, as well as enhancing its position in space surveillance and tracking.

The acquisition is in line with Indra’s Leading the Future Strategic Plan, which envisages the creation of a new subsidiary that will bring together all of Indra’s activities in the space sector.

The GA_P team was formed by Guillermo Guerra, Irene Carreño Álvarez, Patricia Pérez and Emiliano Moreno, partner and associates of Corporate.
