Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises on the sale of Fenwick Iribarren Architects to the Egis Group, reinforcing its leadership in architecture and sustainability.

GA_P has advised on the sale of Fenwick Iribarren Architects (FIA), an architectural firm specialising in design, refurbishment, consultancy and sports and events architecture, to the French Egis Group, a world leader in engineering, architecture, consultancy, operations and maintenance.

The transaction will strengthen the Egis Group, broadening its business portfolio and reinforcing its presence in Europe. In turn, it is an opportunity for FIA to develop the potential of its teams together with the technical capabilities of Egis, especially in the world of sport and with a sustainable approach.
