Ignacio del Fraile on the audit of temporary contracts | El Confidencial

In this article published in El Confidencial, Ignacio del Fraile, labour partner at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, gives his opinion on the audits carried out by the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy in relation to temporary contracts. According to Ignacio, the audits or inspections that are being carried out seek to verify the legitimacy of temporary contracts.
“This audits are being carried out in many companies to check whether the temporary contracts signed in recent years have been formalised correctly or in breach of the law. In fact, some of our clients have received requests for massive regularisation of fraudulent temporary contracts from the Labour Inspectorate,” states Ignacio.
