Madalena Caldeira is the new partner at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has appointed Madalena Caldeira, head of Employment at the Lisbon office, as a new partner.

Madalena Caldeira supervises and coordinates the provision of labour law advice to national and international companies, assisting in particular in the management of negotiations and termination of employment agreements, in collective dismissal and termination processes, in accompanying and representing clients in the review and negotiation of collective regulation instruments, and in drafting opinions and memoranda. She is recognised in Portugal by several prestigious legal directories such as Legal500, Best Lawyers, Leaders League and Iberian Lawyer.
