Solidarity tax on large fortunes | El Confidencial

Enrique Ortega Carballo, coordinating partner of the Tax Department of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo , in an article published by El Confidencial about the final model of the solidarity tax on large fortunes, explains that since the implementation of such tax, “it is logical that large fortunes are reviewing their structures to adapt them to the requirements demanded by the tax regulations; in particular, the family business”.
